I am here to share the glow that comes from deep emotional healing and radical self love.
Years ago I was overweight, depressed, and chronically tired. I believed if I lost the weight I would be social, confidant, sexy, and a leader. I tried diets, I did all of the exercise, I did everything “right”. I didn’t lose any weight. I went to the doctor, I ate all the vegetables, I even didn’t eat carbs for a nightmare of a time. (I am so sorry carbs, never again). Still, no weight loss. If anything, I was gaining weight. So I gave up and I gave in.
I gave up on listening on to authority figures, dieting, and crazy amounts of cardio. I chose to TRUST my body. As I built this new relationship with myself I noticed changes. I would feel pings at the grocery store for certain foods and I tried workouts I wasn’t previously attracted to. I felt pulled to work more on my self growth, to face my fears about weight. I was so afraid to be fat, but I was more afraid to be skinny. Unconsciously I was comfortable being fat so that I wouldn’t have to be this sexy, confidant, leader of a woman. I sabotaged myself from losing weight as I sabotaged myself from becoming this woman. It was easier to be untested, unseen, and unsocial.
Currently, I AM this woman. The sexy leader I dreamed of. I disconnected my body and food from my self worth. I followed my inner map to nourish and move my body. I did the inner work and as a fun bonus, I lost the extra weight! Now my purpose is to help YOU start your intuitive eating and self love journey. To show you just how incredibly worthy and beautiful you are.

I am Mimi. I am a health coach, shadow transformation teacher, intuitive eating guide, and all around lovely person. I am all about body image, emotional eating, plants, and deep inner work.
I have an ACE certified health coach and I have a bachelors degree in Pyschology.
I am a quirky individual with a passion for life. I am obsessed with this desert I call home. I love a good adventure, either by fantasy book or in real life.
